The announcement described the attraction as a social arena and identified the Blazing 7’s wager as an optional progressive based on the player’s cards and the dealer’s upcard. It did not establish that the layout changed the mathematics of the underlying blackjack game.
What changed after the launch
The casino changed its name in 2021 to Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel. A property release dated March 10, 2026 confirms that Blazing 7’s is still offered, but it does not confirm that the original 36-seat arena remains in the same form.

How the current progressive wager works
Yaamava’s published how-to sheet says the progressive uses the player’s first 2 cards and the dealer’s upcard. At least one 7 is needed for a winning combination, with larger awards for more qualifying sevens.
