• Calculator or trainer: give the tool URL, input values, selected settings, expected result and actual result. Include the exact error text if one appeared. You do not need to risk money to demonstrate a problem.
• Layout or accessibility: identify the device, browser, screen orientation and the control or text you could not use. Say whether the problem occurs with keyboard navigation, screen reading or touch.
