Who publishes CountingEdge
CountingEdge is owned, edited and published by Sam. Sam deliberately publishes under his first name only. The site has independently published gambling education since 2003.
Questions, corrections and privacy requests
Use the contact page and include the affected URL when possible. A correction request is evaluated under the editorial standards; a privacy request is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Read each linked policy for its scope and any policy-specific date. A date on this directory is not confirmation that every separate policy or third-party term changed at the same time.
Make your question specific
For a blackjack correction, include the page URL, the exact statement and the rules or assumptions that make it questionable. For example, a chart issue needs the player hand, dealer upcard, deck count and relevant double, split or surrender rules. For a calculator issue, include the inputs and the output you expected. A reproducible example is more useful than simply saying that a page is wrong.
For a privacy question, identify the CountingEdge feature or message involved and the type of request. Consult the Privacy Policy for the applicable explanation rather than assuming that a gambling article describes data handling. Do not include passwords, identity documents or wallet recovery information in an ordinary editorial query.
If your question concerns a commercial link, identify the link and the claim you want clarified. The affiliate disclosure explains compensation; the editorial standards explain evidence. These are separate questions, and a commercial relationship is not a substitute for a source.
