CountingEdge Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains information that may be processed when you use CountingEdge.com. CountingEdge is an independent publication owned and published by Sam.

Last updated: October 2026.

Information you choose to send

If you use a contact form or email CountingEdge, the message may include your name, email address, the affected URL and anything else you choose to provide. This information is used to respond, investigate a correction or request, protect the site and maintain a reasonable correspondence record.

Do not send passwords, banking details, casino-account credentials, government identification or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.

Technical information

Like ordinary websites, the hosting platform and security systems may process technical records such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, referring page, timestamps and error or security events. These records may be used to deliver the site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse and understand aggregate traffic.

Cookies and similar technology

WordPress, security, performance, embedded content, analytics or advertising features may use cookies or similar storage. The exact cookies can change as site features change. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site functions.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some outbound links may contain an affiliate identifier. When you follow one, the destination site may process the click and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. CountingEdge does not control a third party’s data practices.

Regulator pages, videos, maps, social media, retailers and casino sites may also receive ordinary connection information when you open or interact with their content. Review the destination’s policy before providing personal information.

How information is shared

CountingEdge does not sell a contact message as a list of personal information. Information may be available to service providers that host, secure, maintain or deliver the site; disclosed when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights; or produced when required by valid legal process.

Retention and security

Messages and technical records are retained only as reasonably needed for their purpose, recordkeeping, security or legal obligations. No online system can promise absolute security. CountingEdge uses reasonable site and account protections but cannot guarantee that transmission or storage will be error-free or immune from unauthorized access.

Children and gambling-age readers

CountingEdge is not directed to children. Gambling content is intended for adults who meet the legal gambling age in their location. If you believe a child has sent personal information, use the contact page so the request can be reviewed.

Your choices and requests

You can block cookies through your browser, choose not to submit a contact form and avoid opening third-party links. Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.

Send a privacy request through the contact page. Describe the request and the email address used in the original message. CountingEdge may need enough information to verify the request without collecting unnecessary identity documents.

Make the request specific without oversharing

Identify the CountingEdge interaction involved: for example, a contact message sent on an approximate date or personal information visible at a particular page URL. State the action you want, such as correcting a detail or asking about information you submitted. You do not need to repeat the entire original message or attach unrelated account records just to explain the question.

For a page correction, quote the relevant sentence and provide its URL. If a screenshot is useful, remove private email addresses, payment details, login codes and unrelated browser tabs before sending it. A public article quotation is usually more focused than a full account screenshot.

Check which organization received the information. A registration, identity check or withdrawal made on a linked third-party site belongs to that site’s relationship with you. Contact its own privacy channel about those records; the CountingEdge contact form is for questions about CountingEdge and cannot manage a third party’s account.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when site features or practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
