“Strip Blackjack” is not a protected universal ruleset. It commonly suggests a Las Vegas Strip-style game, but decks, blackjack payout, soft 17, doubles, splits and surrender must be verified in the actual paytable.
The name is not the rules
Online catalogs have used “Vegas Strip,” “Classic,” “Atlantic City” and similar labels for configurations that can differ by supplier. The label does not prove that blackjack pays 3:2, that the dealer stands on soft 17 or that double after split is allowed.
Record the full package
- number of decks and shuffle method;
- 3:2, 6:5 or other blackjack payout;
- dealer action on soft 17;
- double and split restrictions;
- surrender and hole-card procedure;
- side bets, limits and current regulator.
Use a basic-strategy chart calculated for that package. A return figure copied from another “Strip” game is not valid evidence.
Do not confuse the phrase
In casino-game listings, “Strip” normally refers to the Las Vegas Strip theme or claimed rule family, not removing clothing. Marketing language should not replace the help screen.
